H O W T O R E G I S T E R :

Please come by the office during our office hours to submit a registration
form and payment before your first class. You can also mail in your registration
form with payment (check only). No gymnast or cheerleader is allowed
on the floor without a registration form and payment on file.

G Y M P O L I C I E S:

ATTENDING CLASS:
- Students are to be escorted into and out of the building!
- To make thing easier, please be on time to all classes, wear appropriate attire
(leotard for girls & shorts/tank for boys with no buttons or zippers), hair up, no jewelry
& have your little gymnast use the potty before class...

TUITION:
-Tuition is due by the first class! Two payment options are offered:
1. One check for full amount 2. Three post dated checks to be held & deposited monthly!
- A $50 mandatory fee is added on all returned checks.
- ALL 60 DAYS PAST DUE NOTICES ARE TURNED OVER TO A PRIVATE COLLECT GROUP!
- ONCE ON ROLL, A 30 DAY "DROP NOTICE" IS REQUIRED TO WITHDRAWAL!

MAKE-UPS:
- Vidalia Gymnastics does not offer make-ups to students for missed classes.

WITHDRAW FROM CLASS:
- When registering a child, please know that your class will go through THE END OF THE SESSION.
In the event you wish to drop the class or are unable to attend, please make us aware.
This allows us to contact gymnasts from our waiting list & helps us keep the classes full.
Any gymnast who does not fill out a "withdrawal form" 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE,
WILL BE CHARGED THAT MONTHS TUITION.
To re-enter the class, a child must be placed on a waiting list & pay $25 (half) the membership fee.

PRIVATE LESSONS @ VGCD:
Private lessons in gymnastics, cheer tumbling or cheer stunting are
available & can be scheduled through the front office!

Please call VGC @ 912.538.1000 if you would like to schedule a private.
Once a private is scheduled, 36 hour notice to cancel the private is required.
Any private cancelled within 36 hours or the private is a "no-show", a required fee of
$15 is applied to the gymnast/cheerleaders account. Please call your coach
at home to cancel any weekend privates. DO NOT call the coach at home to schedule privates... They do not have the gym calendar on hand!!!
