This Wed. practice has been changed back to its regular time so we can try to have one more full squad practice 4:30 - 6:30!!
Please bring all your raffle money and tickets for drawing to be held at practice!
Please be prepared to settle all unpaid fees!! The tuition for the month of April will be due by the 10th. Check with Robin on the cost, I thought was to be based on the amount of practices we were having this month but she will have to clarify the exact amount.
Let me know if you are interested in continuing with the Wildcat Cheerleading, we will have a parent meeting later this month to decide on a practice schedule.

Just a reminder about the CASH RAFFLE money and tickets are due next Wed. March 31st, for those who have not paid there fees yet this is your opportunity to make the extra cash to cover the cost for the Myrtle competition. All girls were asked to sell at least 5 tickets, please make sure you do this even if you do not need the extra money. If you need a ticket sheet I have attached one to this e-mail.
Some of the girls still owe a balance and you need to make sure you do not still have one. I will allow you to try and sell your tickets before you pay but all fees are due MARCH 31st.
For those who are leaving down on Thursday afternoon and who are traveling on US #1 several of us are leaving from JOHN's COUNTRY JUNCTION @ 4:00pm please be there before 4:00pm if you would like to travel together. If you are not sure where this is or would like to meet further down US# 1 let me know.( We plan on getting on I-95 in Jacksonville, FL)
If you will not be traveling with us please let me know when you plan to leave on Thurs. so I will know when to expect you for check in. <(912)386-2021>

Tomorrow evening we are meeting to season and wrap the Boston Butts in preparation for Saturday's cooking. If you are planning to attend, we will meet in the kitchen (located in the newer part of the building) of Lyons First Baptist Church at 4:30 p.m. If you can't be there to get started, you can still come and help clean up! We should be there until at least 6:00 or later.
The kitchen entrance is located on the far left of the building if you are facing the church from the front.

I HAD NO VOLUNTEERS TO HELP GET THEM READY TONIGHT FOR THE GRILL ANYWAY, WHICH IS UNDERSTANDABLE WITH ALL THAT SNOW:) .
PRACTICE AND THE FUN DAY ARE STILL ON, WILL WATCH THE WEATHER AND DECIDE BY 11:30 IF WE NEED TO CANCEL PRACTICE AND THE FUN DAY!!!
BUT PLEASE MAKE PLANS TO HELP NEXT FRIDAY NIGHT FOR ABOUT AN HOUR I WILL NEED AT LEAST 10 VOLUNTEERS TO GET THE BUTTS READY FOR GRILL. THEN WILL ONLY NEED A FEW TO HELP COOK AND A LOT MORE TO HELP WHEN THEY ARE DONE.

We have two fundraisers coming up next Saturday Feb. 13th - BOSTON BUTT SALE , I still help cooking and preparing the butts that day, times will be divided into AM shift and PM shift. I only have 3 men to help cook so far, I need some more help with the cooking it be can be your parents, bothers, boyfriends it doesn't matter we just need more volunteers!!
The other one is our CHEER FUN SATURDAY, I also need volunteers for and it is also
Saturday Feb. 13th from 6:00pm-10:00pm! In order to get full credit for these fundraisers you have to participate in helping with them on that Saturday or help get ready for it this coming week.
I was suppose to have a sign up sheet but forgot to pass it around tonight, so you will have to send me an e-mail, call me or text me (912)386-2021 to let me know if you can help.
I have a lot of time in everything so far and I am only asking for your help on Saturday (and when we have our Poker Run(not yet scheduled)), so please volunteer! If you are unable to be there then you can help me prepare for it to, just let me know you are willing!

To all parents whose girls have to order a uniform I need $87.50 of the cost by (Feb 3rd) Wed. night's practice. No exceptions we have to order these today and need 1/2 the money up front. If you have any fundraiser money send it with your daughter and I will use towards the cost of the uniform. Some of you have turned enough money already to cover your uniform but need to check with me before Wed. night if you are unsure!!!!!
To use your fundraiser money you count all ads and raffle tickets at the full price x amount sold but the boston butt counts for only $9.00 x amount sold and the candles count for only $4.00 x amount sold. Just send a check for the difference if yo have one. This money needs to be turned in to me
BEFORE practice on Wed. night I am going to church and will not be there after practice!!!!!!
REMINDERS:
Your hotel for Myrtle Beach has to be booked by FEBRUARY 5th!!!!!
Your ads are due no later than Feb. 7th(Sundays practice). The raffle ticket money is due on Wed. Feb. 10th.
Any candle orders you have ready can be brought Wed. or Sunday so we can place one order this week the last day to turn your final order in will be Saturday Feb. 13th.

PRACTICE IS NOW ON SUNDAY JAN. 31ST @ 2:00PM - 5:30PM
-Please check with your cheerleader if you have not seen the info.. sheet on all the fundraisers. I will have more copies at practice.
-Your cheerleader will need to bring $4..00 to practice (Sunday) in order to get samples of the 5 scents of the candles we are selling. This is your last chance to pay for your samples you ordered. I still have 5 girls who need to bring their $4.00!
-You should have the info on the hotel on our upcoming competitions. The deadline to book your room at the Myrtle Beach competition and to receive the discount price of $34.00 is FEBRUARY 5th!
-You should also have your info. on Universal Studio Competition hotel the deadline to book your room is FEBRUARY 16th (if necessary you may cancel 72 hours before arrival date) at the discounted price of $79.00 for 1-bedroom or $109.00 for 2-bedroom/2-bathroom.
If you will not be attending the either of these competitions it is your responsibility to find an adult for your child to room with, no girl will be allowed to stay alone in a room!! You can talk to Christian or Jenni to find out who your cheerleader might could room with!

Only your tuition fees($125.00 a month) are paid to Vidalia Gymnastics Center and not the VGC Wildcats!** (see note below)
- You can also turn in money for any t-shirt ads you may have sold and remember that I need all money for your ads by Sunday Feb. 7th along with the sizes of the shirts you would like to order for yourselves. The cost should not be more than $12.00 ea. You can also turn in money for any other fundraiser SUNDAY afternoon at BEFORE practice. All money needs to be marked with total & Cheerleader's full name.
-Also don't' forget that SUN. FEB 7th is the deadline for your fees($89.00) for the Macon, GA Competition! Please have your cheerleader give it to me BEFORE practice I have to make receipts out!! PLEASE MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO VGC WILDCATS & MONEY IS TO BE GIVEN TO ME OR STEPHANIE WILLIAMS!
**February 10th is the due date for your tuition to the gymnastics center($125.00) when you pay please give a post dated check for March to them as well and you will be paid up on your gymnastics tuition for the Wildcats this season! Robin will not deposit your check until the date on check!! She said they can do it by debit or credit card as well.
